Singing Songs of Praise of God and Stay Blessed

The Lord (Almighty God) of the universe is the treasure of Divine Power, Kindness and Excellence. God is limitless and so vast that over centuries none has and none can describe Him. Thousands of saints. yogis.  sages, religious leaders/preachers and scholars have meditated, searched and researched but have concluded that God can not be described but can be realised only through sincere prayers and deep meditation.   They say that God is pleased only by those who align themselves fully with Him and always sing songs of His praise. Our religious Gurus tell us that when God is pleased with our sincere meditation (remembrance) on His Naam, He shows His Mercy, Kindness and bless us with unlimited gifts of joy, good health and success. This helps us to get rid of all pains and sorrows and He showers upon us abundance of gifts to see us happy and successful in our life.  Our all sages, spiritual Gurus and saints have advised us through their scriptures to regularly meditate (quietly repeating )  the Naam of God, both during day and night..
This Naam is not the title or name of God but just one easily pronounceable word as per your religion or faith. Such a simple word could be like—God /Christ/ Krishna/ Ram/ Buddha /Shiva/ Allah/ Waheguru. All Holy saints assure us that if we regularly chant and meditate on His Naam, we will get immense bliss.  They also advise us to meditate while living a normal family life and there is no need to run away into jungles, mountains and caves to worship God. It is not to give up our daily activity in-home or workplace   We can meditate and sing songs of His praise while doing our job/ business.  It is important to stay mentally attached to God and He will show the way to do the rest. One must not postpone meditation for old age when one thinks he/she will be free from worldly duties. Let us make early beginning when we are “healthy, wealthy and wise”.   It is well recorded in Holy scriptures and even said in person by many prophets /saints/Gurus that the pains of birth, death and reincarnation all will be erased by meditating on the Naam of Lord (the God almighty).  Saints advise us to meet and sit together (congregation) ,  to pray and enjoy the holy songs of God’s praise. This act will wipe away our bad deeds/ sins of the past and will guide us towards the righteous path for the future.  Group prayers are common in churches, temples and Gurdwaras. It does help all those who are present there and pray sincerely (mind not wandering around).  With such prayer/meditation, our all bad elements of lust, greed, anger, attachment, haughtiness will come under control and all obstacles are removed. In the court of God, only those are accepted and appreciated, who unconditionally dedicate their souls, bodies and wealth in the name of God.
Various Sages advise us to make a sincere effort for peaceful living by chanting and meditating on the Naam of God.  They assure us that bestowing His Mercy, God will bless us with the True Order of His Command. Always remember to pay gratitude to God as He has blessed all of us with a great destiny. A simple way is to surrender ourselves and live in His will. With this, we lessen our burden  of worries and let God take control these . By this way we will be happy,  at peace; and all our doubts and fears will get dispelled. God is our Master and He is the greatest of all. He is the Creator, the Cause of causes; He is ever (past, present and future)True.  We must Maintain full faith in God under all circumstances and never waiver during difficult times. which is part of our life journey.
The  Guru repeatedly advises us to meditate in remembrance of God, and find peace. By this act of ours, all worries and anguish shall be dispelled from our body. Remember to praise the One ( God) who is omnipresent, omnipotent and pervades the whole Universe. His Name is chanted in so many ways by countless people of various religions/faiths living many where. The Vedas, the Puranas and the Simritees,  and holy books containing  purest of utterances, were created from the One Word of the Name of the Lord. By remembering God, one is not touched by fear, sorrow, pain, sickness or death. God blesses them with wealth, miraculous spiritual powers and the nine treasures, knowledge, essence of wisdom and their all hopes are fulfilled and the mind is cleaned of all clutter.  In the remembrance of God,  duality is removed   and one gets the honour in the Court of the Lord.
Those who remember God, they are calm and composed with a glow on their faces and they generously help others. Those who meditate ( Remember ) on Naam of God, their works are accomplished, they never grieve even under the grave situation.  While remembering God, one is absorbed into the state of trance and intuitive ease. There is no counting required  as to how much you should meditate. Instead, keep meditating day and night and for  whole life because  this is the best opportunity given by God to follow the path of righteousness and attain the ultimate solvation.
Remembering the Lord, the Vedas were composed,  people become  Yogis, Saints, Siddhas, Lamas, Celibates, Givers,  Religious Leaders and the lowly become known in all four directions. Let us make a quick start to regularly meditate and sing holy songs of His praise and stay blessed.

Note :[  I am myself a beginner in reading Holy scriptures in an attempt to put down my understanding /thoughts, which may benefit those who are short of time. I express my sincere regards for all and any wrongly worded expression in this blog is my ignorance.]

Spirituality helps control of anger and greed

It is very important to be happy and makes others happy and live a purposeful life. Anger is frequently a result of frustration as things do not always go as planned or due to misunderstanding, or of feeling that one’s ego is being hurt. One must realise that life is always full of ups and downs where things do not always go as planned. The good point is everything changes and ends and therefore even difficult situation, pain/sorrow is part of life and soon it will pass away. Likewise, people are not loving and caring all the time. A person can become angry at the workplace, at home or even while in a traffic jam. He /she can become angry with elders (grandparents, parents /in-laws), spouse, children, and servant/maid or car driver. A person in an angry mood generally feels that his / her pride is being challenged by another person who is wrong, less understanding and not accommodating. Most of the times, both parties feel that they are right. This leads to conflict, ill feelings...

Connecting with Universal God

There is just ONE (1) universal God for entire humanity and for all other living beings. God cannot be described by anyone and He cannot be seen by human 5 senses. He can only be realized by 6 th sense, when we give up ourselves and surrender ourselves to, Him whole heartedly and unconditionally. We can connect with God only when we sincerely pray to Him and He is pleased with our sincerity and deeds. Our old scriptures and Holy Books like Ramayana, Gita, Bible, Quran and Guru Grunth ( of Sikhs) written by great profits ( Messengers of God), Gurus / Faqirs / Saints tell us that by the karmas(deeds) of   our past life, the robe of this physical body has been given by God. It is only by His Grace, that Gate of Liberation can be found. Until then, we keep taking rebirths as new opportunity to purify ourselves and attain salvation. Connecting with God. God is omnipresent, omnipotent but cannot be established, He cannot be created and God Himself is Immaculate and Pure. He can be reali...
