God connection through Truth, Love, Honesty and Prayer

God connection through Truth, Love, Honesty and Prayer

God is the only 1 Creator of all beings in the entire universe, whether living on land, in water, or in air.  For God, there are no boundaries of galaxies., planets, countries, religions, casts, colours, creeds or nationalities. He loves His whole creation without discrimination of status – social, financial, education or political. His Naam is Truth. He has no fear, no hatred and He is personified by Love. He is Self-Creator, Self-Existent and not in the cycle of Birth and Death.  God has been true in the past, True in the present and will be True forever. Different people born in different parts of the world, in families practising different religions and languages, must respect they're being born there. Our birth family, place, date, time and gender are negotiated with God by us or by our parents. It is the decision of supreme power Lord (God). Therefore we all should follow our local belief, family traditions and way of prayer. Ultimately it is 1 God who cares for all of us and provides all needed resources, protection and guidance so that we all live happily and in harmony.

God cannot be seen through our bodily five senses but can be always felt around us in various forms.  Infect, very tiny part of God resides within each living being and that is how He watches us and cares for us on 24x7 bases and for life long. He is always aware of our deeds and we are accountable for those in the court of God.

God cannot be realised by simple thinking, reading, listening, lecturing or discussing.  Likewise, by remaining silent for long period, fasting for many days, bathing in cold winter with say 100 pitchers of cold water or walking bare feet on hot charcoal you cannot get closer to God.  Renouncing family and wandering in jungles / mountains or sitting in penance around lakes or in caves and creating pains to your body. However, one can get in contact with God only through His blessings, love, truth, and sincere meditation on His NAAM(Name).  NAAM could be any easily pronounceable name like Rama, Krishna, Shiva, Ganesh, Durga, Christ , God, Allah,  Buddha or Waheguru ( Sikhs).

We are born with nothing and depart with nothing.  Remember all that we have got or earned during whole life is by the grace and blessings of God almighty.  Indeed, each one of us is just like a traveller /guest who has halted for a while and may stay for a short period with a friend/relative.  After a short stay, he/she departs as per the pre-programmed schedule and without taking anything with him/her. During our stay as a guest, our behaviour/ conduct is remembered by the host. Likewise, our stay on this earth is cyclic. We take birth at His will and depart at his will. Our family members, relatives, friends, house or property are left behind and we depart empty hands. In the court of God, we are held accountable for our deeds and our future destiny/ rebirth is decided accordingly.

Unfortunately, most of us often live-in duality and keep wandering in many directions, without reaching our main destination.   For our own convenience and short-sightedness, some of us even change our religion, faith, appearance and even gender. We can give up duality, ego, anger, lust, greed only if God is pleased with us and gives His blessings.  To please Him and get His blessing, one must obey His Command and pay gratitude for so many gifts given by Him.  As per our position. location and assigned task/job, we must be fully committed to the organisation, to our job and carry on all tasks most faithfully. We must always pay gratitude to God who provides the opportunity for us to earn well, live well and help the needy. Remember it is only by His Command, that all living beings are created, by His Command, souls come into being and adopt assigned bodies, by His Command, glory and greatness are achieved.  By God's Command, some rise high and some remain low; by His Command, pain and pleasure are obtained and some of these are linked to our karmas (deeds) of the previous life. By His Command, some are blessed and forgiven; others, by His Command, wander aimlessly forever. Everyone is subject to His Command and no one is beyond His Command. He is the Commander and by His Command, He leads us to walk on the right path. However, His Command cannot be described. The Truth is that one who understands His Command does not have ego, lust, anger, greed, fear or enmity with anyone.

There are numerous men, women, saints, gurus, prophets, who are singing songs of the glory of God to seek contact with God for inner peace.

·         Some sing of His supreme Power which He only knows as omnipotent.

·         Some sing of His Gifts and praise His magnanimity as the great giver.

·         Some sing of His Glorious Virtues, Greatness, vastness and Beauty.

·         Some sing that He designs the body of each living being so beautiful, and then again reduces that to dust.

·         Some sing that He takes life away, and then again restores it to give us yet another chance to purify ourselves and live a more purposeful life.

·         Some say that God is very near to them while to some God seems so very far away. Some say that God is within us, watches over us and our deeds get recorded. There is no shortage of those who preach and teach about God and His existence.  Millions upon millions offer millions of sermons and stories but Hid greatness can never be explained in words. The Great Giver keeps on giving in plenty to all, while those who receive grow weary of receiving. True is the Master, True is His Name.

We all keep thinking and asking as what offering can we place before Him, by which we might please Him.  Or what words should we speak to get His Love and blessings? As per Sikh Religion teachings, simple way to get closer to God is to get up in Amrit Vaylaa ( say 3AM to 5AM)  , the ambrosial hours before dawn, chant the True Name, and contemplate His Glorious Greatness.  We may either sing or listen to the songs of god’s Glory with eyes closed and complete surrender of self to the God almighty.

By the karmas (deeds) of our past actions, the new robe of our physical body is obtained. By His Grace, the gate of Liberation is found. He cannot be established in any place of worship. He cannot be created and can never be destroyed. He Himself is Immaculate and Pure. Those who serve Him with devotion and love are honoured. Those who sing, and listen to holy songs of devotion to God, and get their mind be filled with love. Their all pains and sorrows will disappear and peace and joy shall come to their home. Even their many nears and dears, family members or friends will also be benefitted.

The Guru is a  noble / Saint or Prophet or Rishi whose Word ( saying)  is the wisdom of the Vedas, Puranas, Ramayan, Gita, Bible, Quran and Granths.  The Guru's Word is all-pervading. The Guru is Shiva, the Guru is Vishnu and Brahma; the Guru is Parvati,  Lakshmi and Durga. Guru is Rama, Krishna, Christ, Mohamed, Buddha, Gur Nanak Dev. However, all of them know a lot about  God but cannot describe Him in simple words. Every Guru has given us one understanding that there is only One God, the Giver of all souls. May I never forget Him!

Spirituality helps control of anger and greed

It is very important to be happy and makes others happy and live a purposeful life. Anger is frequently a result of frustration as things do not always go as planned or due to misunderstanding, or of feeling that one’s ego is being hurt. One must realise that life is always full of ups and downs where things do not always go as planned. The good point is everything changes and ends and therefore even difficult situation, pain/sorrow is part of life and soon it will pass away. Likewise, people are not loving and caring all the time. A person can become angry at the workplace, at home or even while in a traffic jam. He /she can become angry with elders (grandparents, parents /in-laws), spouse, children, and servant/maid or car driver. A person in an angry mood generally feels that his / her pride is being challenged by another person who is wrong, less understanding and not accommodating. Most of the times, both parties feel that they are right. This leads to conflict, ill feelings...

Connecting with Universal God

There is just ONE (1) universal God for entire humanity and for all other living beings. God cannot be described by anyone and He cannot be seen by human 5 senses. He can only be realized by 6 th sense, when we give up ourselves and surrender ourselves to, Him whole heartedly and unconditionally. We can connect with God only when we sincerely pray to Him and He is pleased with our sincerity and deeds. Our old scriptures and Holy Books like Ramayana, Gita, Bible, Quran and Guru Grunth ( of Sikhs) written by great profits ( Messengers of God), Gurus / Faqirs / Saints tell us that by the karmas(deeds) of   our past life, the robe of this physical body has been given by God. It is only by His Grace, that Gate of Liberation can be found. Until then, we keep taking rebirths as new opportunity to purify ourselves and attain salvation. Connecting with God. God is omnipresent, omnipotent but cannot be established, He cannot be created and God Himself is Immaculate and Pure. He can be reali...
