Guru Nanak Dev Jee (  1469-1939) The world has just celebrated 550 th Birthday (12 Nov 2019) of Guru Nanak Dev Jee, the  Founder and first Sikh Guru , who was the most popular religious leader not only in his country of birth, India but also in other many countries in Asia.  He was born in 1469 at Rāi Bhoi Kī Talwaṇḍī, a village in the Lahore province of Punjab, Pakistan (present-day  Nankana Sahib ) . Right from childhood he showed a great inclination towards God and questioned many baseless rituals and superstitions being followed by most people. His father Kalyan Mehta Jee had arranged his early education by the teachers at home. There is one and only one (1) God for the whole universe. He has no physical form, shape or visibility that you can comprehend through your five senses but   God can be realized through His wonderful creation, present around us.   Truth is His Name .   Some also say “Love is God and God is Love”. God himself is the creator and protector of the whole universe. He has no fear of , no hatred. He is, everlasting, beyond birth and death and cannot be incarnated. He is self-creating and self-existent forever.   God is beyond time. He can be attained only by His grace and blessing of guru/saint who can show you the right way.
